Orientation Programme

An Orientation Programme is always organized every year by the institute in the beginning of every

academic session of ECCE in which budding teachers understand the responsibilities they need

to follow during their professional training. They will also get an introduction of the institute

infrastructure, syllabus, various activities and the rules and regulations to be followed by them

during their tenure of training.       

Morning Assembly

Morning assembly is one of the important daily routine activities of institute. Morning assembly provides a calm settled start to a day of learning. 

Picnic

The Institute arranges picnic annually for students to break the monotony of the routine studies and to motivate them to play, learn, and stay together.

Celebrations 

Our institute celebrates different religious and national festivals in order to sensitize students about  varied culture, beliefs and lifestyle people lead in India and to keep abreast them with their composite culture and tradition.

Teachers Day

The pupil teacher celebrates Teachers Day on 5^th September every year with great zeal and enthusiasm.

Freshers Party

To welcome students to the institute on the first step of journey to their professional life, the institute organizes Fresher’s party where the students introduce themselves and present as per their talent.

Farewell Party

A farewell Party is an expression of good wishes at a parting. To bid adieu to the outgoing students of the institution, farewell party is organized. The students review the happy and fruitful days they spent in the college, the caring and open minded teachers and the values of life inculcated in them during their stay. They thank the institute and assure that the knowledge which is established in their mind would go on to lighten the coming years of their professional life. Tittles are given to students as token of remembrance.

Visits of Foreign Delegates

Rukmini Devi College of Education, Rohini was visited by the delegates from various schools of different countries.
The students and their teachers were given a warm welcome. Art and craft and Dance workshop which are arranged for them to make them friend with Indian culture were thoroughly enjoyed by them. Discussion about the education system of their country and the methodology being adopted in India made the Interaction session fruitful.

Book Fair

Books and Games pertaining to ECCE curriculum were displayed in the book fair held in college premises. Students gain knowledge regarding availability of educational books and games for upliftment of preschool education.
