About the Institute

"A Teacher – is an architect of our future generation." The key factor that can change our country’s status from a ‘Developing’ country to a ‘ Developed’ country is ‘Education’ and pivotal role of the teacher in education cannot be overlooked.

Keeping this in view, Seth Pokhar Mal Educational Society (SPMES) decided to start Rukmini Devi College Of Education (RDCOE) to cultivate ‘ a group of Educators’ who can deliver quality education to the masses and can prepare students to strive in an increasingly diverse society, driven by technology.

Rukmini Devi College of Education has decided to emphasize on Women Education, thus empowering them in the field of education.

The Institute offers an outstanding learning environment by providing state of the Art infrastructure, facilities, course curriculum, teaching methodology & various activities. All these are designed in view of its commitment to foster a holistic approach to facilitate and promotes studies in emerging areas of education.

RDCE, located in North West Delhi is housed separately in the campus of Rukmini Devi Public School, Rohini. The campus is well designed and equipped with necessary infrastructure to facilitate quality services. The Institute caters to recognized course, Diploma in Pre-School Education (DPSE) to develop potential teachers who can make a difference.

Rukmini Devi College of Education focuses on development of its students not only by imparting quality education in teacher training but also instilling a sense of self worth, discipline and to develop life skills in students which equip them with the sense of responsibility and respect of human values.
